General Meeting on 21 April 2021

This will be the first FHNA general meeting of the year. It will be conducted in an entirely online format (details below) and it will be recorded for later viewing.

Meeting Agenda

  • Neighborhood Resource Officer Tiffany Trombley from the Neighborhood Resource Unit of the Kirkland Police Department will talk about the work her department does in Kirkland and answer questions from residents (~20 mins)
  • There will be an update from FHNA on recent land acquisitions and upcoming opportunities. (~10 mins). King County Councilmember Rod Dembowski will be in attendance to discuss the Green Loop and other county initiatives (~15 mins)
  • FHNA board member Jaime Lusardo will present an initiative to collect grassroots input from Finn Hill residents that we call “fill the mailbox” (~5 mins)
  • Professor David Stokes from UW Bothell will give a brief description of a citizen science project related to urban and parks wildlife (~5 mins).

Members of the audience can submit questions ahead of the meeting by emailing or during the meeting by using the Zoom feature of “hand raising”.

Time and Venue

The meeting will start at 7pm and run for approximately one hour, till around 8pm. There will not be a Facebook live stream for this meeting and participants will have to use Zoom.
