Denny Fest 2022 on September 3rd

This year, FHNA will host the annual Denny Fest for Finn Hill residents on September 3rd from 12 noon to 4pm. This year also happens to be the 100th anniversary of O. O. Denny Park itself, so come and celebrate the park at the same time! As usual there will be live music, interesting booths and spectacles suitable for all ages. Booth hosts include City of Kirkland, Kirkland CCL (Citizens Climate Lobby), Anti Idle Campaign, Wild Child Portrait Paintings. Refreshments and packages snacks will be provided.

Venue and Parking

The venue, as always, is O. O. Denny Park off Holmes Point Drive. Parking onsite is limited and FHNA encourages walking to the park, or making use of the shuttle service, picking up and dropping off at Inglewood Presbyterian Church (7718 NE 141st St, Kirkland WA 98034) up until 4:10pm. There are walking opportunities along from the top of Finn Hill through the NE 132nd St/130th Pl connection, through Forterra’s Sue MacDonald Preserve at the end of 72nd Ave NE or via the stairs from the Denny Creek Upper Trailhead at the corner of 76th Ave NE and NE 124th St, or along NE 120th St and so on.
